How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most products, provided they are in original packaging and unused condition. Please initiate a return request through our online portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
Does my product come with a warranty?
Yes, most of our electronic products come with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering functional defects. You can register your product on our website to activate the warranty.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before they are processed for shipping. Once an order is in the 'Shipped' status, it cannot be modified.
